The online application portal for JR. KG  will open from:

7th November 2025  at 11 AM and will remain open till the 8th December 2025, 5 PM. [Form filling Dates are extended till 30th December 2025.]

Child for whom JR. KG admission is desired has to be born between 31st December 2021 to 31st July, 2022  (both days inclusive)

Note that after the portal closes applications will not be considered, kindly apply in the admissions time frame given above.

if you are facing problem uploading your file. first copy your files which has to be uploaded to the email drive that you are using to fill the form and then try to upload it from Drive or Recent

1) SMS or e-mail will be sent to selected candidates only from January 2026. We request you to please avoid making enquiry calls regarding the selection.
2) Holy Family High School is a Christian Minority Institution so all Christians will get admission.
3) The mobile number you fill in to Register will be used for all communication, status updates etc in regard to your application.
4) For any clarification please contact the primary school office from 8.30am to 9.30am.

After filling in the online form and submitting it you will be kept informed via Email / SMS.

You will need scanned copies (jpeg or pdf files only) of the documents listed below (Pt. no. 2) to complete the online admission application form.

If you are called for document verification via SMS, instructions are below:

1. Both the parents must accompany the child for submission and verification of the printed form as well as all supporting documents.
2. Parents must bring the original document as well as a copy of the following at the time of document verification:
   1. 1 – Coloured Passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35 mm)
   2. 1 – Small size — Family photo (10 cm – 6×4)
   3. Municipal Birth Certificate of the child in ENGLISH only. Official translation proof required if not in English.
   4. Proof of Residence
   5. Aadhar Card of father and child- optional
   6. ID Proof of both parents
   7. Latest Ration card of family/Telephone bill/Electricity Bill/Passport
   8. Baptism certificate of the child – in case of Christians only
   9. Caste Certificate (in the Child’s name) – optional
   10. Medical Certificate – only for disabled persons

Note: Please DO NOT Disturb the School authorities during the entire application process. There are very few seats available, so your cooperation will be appreciated.
