It is a body established to put in to practice the aims and objectives of the house system. The council is made up of the school captain, school vice-captain as well as house prefects, monitors of the classes and other representatives of the various activities and organisations.
The meetings of the council are conducted on a parliamentary basis and the Council fulfills its purpose by assisting the principal and the staff in carrying out the various affairs in the school, especially discipline in every aspect.
The Student Council serves as the premier bridge between the student body and school administration. Modeled on authentic parliamentary conventions, elected and nominated student representatives table motions, review campus guidelines, and collaborate directly with the Principal, Vice-Principal, and House In-Charge teachers.

The prime student executive of Holy Family High School. Serves as Head Boy, represents the school at state and inter-institutional convocations, and presides over general student body assemblies.
Direct deputy to the School Captain. Coordinates inter-house sports scheduling, oversees daily assembly lines, and acts as liaison with the primary section prefects.
Elected leaders of Gandhi (Yellow), Nehru (Blue), Shivaji (Red), and Tagore (Green) houses. Responsible for house morale, participation in cultural and athletic events, and march-past drills.
Monitors elected from every standard across English, Semi-English, and Marathi mediums to uphold classroom decorum, facilitate faculty instructions, and convey class matters to the Council.
Designated leaders representing NCC troop battalions, Nature Clubs, Cultural Drama Societies, and Sports Captains ensuring seamless participation in campus life.

At the beginning of each academic session, Holy Family High School hosts its revered Investiture Ceremony. Before the Principal, management, faculty, and fellow students, newly inducted leaders are officially invested with their ceremonial sashes, house badges, and flags.
Each prefect raises their right hand in a solemn oath pledging loyalty to the institution, impartial justice towards all students, and humble servant leadership.
