  • • Communication: The mobile number you fill in to Register will be used for all communication, status updates etc. in regard to your application.
  • • File Formats: You will need scanned copies (jpeg or pdf files only) of the required documents in order to complete the application form.

  • 1) SMS or Email will be sent from January 05, 2027 onwards to only those candidates who are selected.
  • 2) Holy Family High School is a Christian Minority Institution so all Christians will get admission.

The Admissions Committee verifies the authenticity of municipal birth records, residential proof, Aadhaar, and minority affiliation certificates.

Shortlisted candidates and parents are invited for an in-person interaction and physical document verification. Intimations are dispatched strictly via SMS/Email.

Enrolment & Clearance

Final confirmation of admission upon verification of originals, payment of approved fees, and generation of the official student roll number.

Keep clear scanned copies (PDF/JPG under 1MB) for the online form and original certificates ready for physical verification.

Municipal Birth Certificate

Original Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/Gram Panchayat with child's and parents' registered names.

Child's Aadhaar Card

Self-attested photocopy of the child's Aadhaar card or official Aadhaar enrollment acknowledgment slip.

Proof of Residence

Electricity Bill / Aadhaar Card / Passport / Registered Leave & License Agreement in parent's name.

Catholic / Minority Certificate

Baptism Certificate and Parish Priest Letter (mandatory for Catholic / Christian quota applicants).

Passport Photographs

3 recent passport-sized color photos of the child (white background) + 1 family photograph (Parents & child).

Sibling's latest HFHS progress report card or parent's Holy Family School Leaving Certificate.

Official Communication Channel: All updates regarding shortlisted candidates, schedule of interaction, and document verification will be communicated strictly via SMS or Email to the registered mobile number and Gmail ID.

Strict Warning on Donations & Agents: The school management does NOT authorize any agents, middlemen, or donations for securing admissions. Any attempt to influence the selection process through third parties will result in immediate disqualification.

Enquiry Policy: The school authorities strictly advise against making telephone enquiry calls regarding the selection status while evaluations are in progress. Results will be posted officially.

What are the exact date of birth criteria for 2027–28?
Loyola Nursery: Minimum age 3+ years (Born on or before 30th June 2024).
Holy Family Pre-Primary (Jr. KG): Minimum age 4+ years (Born on or before 30th June 2023).
Is there an offline paper application form available at the school office?
No. Admissions for Loyola Nursery and Holy Family Pre-Primary are conducted strictly through our official online Google Form portals. Paper forms are not issued at the school counter.
What documents are required for Catholic / Christian applicants?
Catholic / Christian candidates must upload a clear copy of the child's Baptism Certificate and a recommendation letter from their local Parish Priest along with the standard municipal birth certificate and address proof.
Can I apply from a mobile phone?
While the form can be viewed on mobile devices, we strongly recommend using a Desktop or Laptop computer with a reliable internet connection to ensure all scanned document attachments are uploaded correctly without truncation.
How and when will the shortlisted candidates be declared?
Shortlisted candidates will be notified directly via SMS and registered email. The official schedule for physical document verification will also be specified in the notification.
